Includes a couple of NFR fixes:

• Security: the JavaScript performing the regex was logging on the console the password. This has been removed.
• Maintenance: all public actions and web blocks parameters have now a description.

Fix on the server-side Password_Validate action which was not identifying the situation where the password would need to include one upper case letter AND one lower case letter, it was only checking a letter.

Fixes and new functionality:

• Fixes on checking both "include at least upper case letter" and "include at least lower case letter" - it was only checking the upper case when both configurations were ON;
• Added MaximumLength parameter if you want to define a maximum number of characters for your password.

No breaking changes.
