Added Maintenance Statistics!

1. Added a Stats tab in the application details screen which provides the following functionality:
   1. Lists Weekly, Monthly, Yearly and All Time stats of maintenance windows for the selected app.
   2. Lists Weekly, Monthly, Yearly and All Time stats of maintenance windows for each eSpace in the selected app, with basic filtering capabilities.
   3. Lists all past maintenance windows for all eSpaces in the selected app, including information about start times, ends times and duration. 
   4. Added the ability to export past maintenance windows data to xlsx format.
2. Added a dedicated Statistics page which provides the following functionality:

Note:

1. Only maintenance windows configured after the installation of v1.0.0 are included in the new statistical views.
2. The statistical views only reflect complete maintenance windows.
