Improved browser css compatibility

It now shows the placeholders only on page load. Calling RefreshData after the page load will not trigger the placeholders again. This is the default behavior, but it can be changed using the OnlyOnPageLoad property of the EasyPlaceholder block. This improvement will avoid flickerings that might happen if the RefreshData action is called.
