Change JQuery dependency from old OutsystemsUI to new OutsystemsUI script

Fixed minor bug, when using default Icon, shown as not found image.

Known issue :

Intermittently show grey area in the map if the marker haven't finished initializing.

Workaround : make sure to load the map after initialize the marker. Example in the demo, use flag to view the map after marker already set.
