Renamed Nexmo to Vonage API

Added the possibility to include the specific API key + Secret per application instead of one API key and Secret for all applications. There is still a default API key + Secret, but now you also have the possibility to add a specific one for a specific app.

This way it is easier to monitor the usage of Nexmo specific API's per application.

General bugfixes and improvements.
