Bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that cleared the entire page when attempting to display a map after an Ajax Refresh
• Fixed a bug that prevented a callback when using the AddDirectionsToMap Action
• Fixed a bug that made the FitMapToBounds Action not center the map correctly when ran on a Preparation or after an Ajax Refresh
