Fix MaskNumber with decimals

• Replaced Inputmask 3.3.11 by the 4.0.0 stable released in May
• Made screen expressions injection-proof (using the built-in EncodeJavascript function)
• Replaced RichWidgets icons by images so they don't get affected by styling (e.g. change color, font size, ...)

Now we don't get the error "date expected" when the data is not mandatory and is not provided

Fixed cursor for inputs that contain large numbers. The input value doesn't change when the cursor moves.

BindBeforeSubmit and BindAfterSubmit functions are executed only once when the Web Screen is loaded.
