The operation of the Pusher connection has been optimized;

Solved the problem with the too much concurrent connections in Pusher with the 'Free' plan

Pusher.com renewed their product portfolio. They moved away from the WebSockets and started different API´s for different real-time purposes. The WebSockets API is now called Pusher Channels.

I've rewritten the different modules to take over the new logo's and to prepare for the other API's.

Next to this I've gone over the modules and used the OutSystems Best Practices wherever possible.

All the changes that I made are taken to make this module future proof.
