Support for AWS IOT device gateway

You will now be able to subscribe AWS IOT mqtt in the format of wss://<endpoint>.iot.<region>.amazonaws.com/mqtt.

A new mqttClientAWS structure has been created to support the connection and it uses the official AWS sigV4 javascript to sign the subscription.
