Recommend Points support

Regular search allows you to search for points that are similar to a given vector. Recommendations are an alternative or extension to search where you can find points in your qdrant cluster that are close to a given set of vectors or are farthest away from a set of vectors. This is a great option for recommendation systems of all kinds.

• Added a new payload element to store additional text to a vector point (Text)
• You can now delete vector points by applying a filter
