URL parameters (for filters and report parameters) are now working.
The OnParametersChanged action now resets the element (which allows the user to switch to different reports without having to reload the screen).
The Test Reports screen now has an "Apply Changes" button to switch to a different report or change parameters.

Removed unused dependencies from modules.
