Upgraded .Net and Java integrations' version from 25 to 40

• Structures changed to match the fields that exist in a new, standard, Salesforce configuration
• Fixed extension (action CreateObjects) to work properly with the latest OutSystems Platform RecordList type (iterators of RL.Data)
• Multi-currency support (via Site property) removed. It was not reliable, when application or session information was restarted. If you need multi-currency support, add the MultiCurrency fields to each of the structures (they're treated as any other field - see here the implications of having multicurrency enabled)

• New responsive & mobile ready example user interface
• Allows plugging to organizations with or without multicurrency enabled in Salesforce, without having to change the field definition, by using the MultiCurrency Site Property.
• Actions organized within folders - When refreshing references, actions will be missing. Sorry about that, but there were too many actions to remain in a single list. Just remove the old ones, and add the new ones (you were using) inside the folders. The platform will rebind them automatically.
• Upgraded to .Net 4 and for OutSystems Platform 9. Packaged to be easily distributed via the Forge
