Another bugfix to the Chinese conversion. Should be complete now, but other (online) Chinese number converters don't seem to agree on the details, so it still may not be complete.

Bugfix: certain Chinese numbers didn't display correctly (hat tip to Alexandre Realinho for the bug report).
