Firefoxand some other browsers like Samsung, Opera gives the same error as the Upload component of Outsystems, it opens Camera or Files, The user can take a photo or select an image but on closing, it returns to the Splash screen. (Chrome works fine)

The component works well but has some little points to review.
It would be nice to edit the prompt of the upload and the service action GetFileById isn't returning the FileSize.
