For our deploys between our environments we use the data mover. It saved us lots of headaches on distributing ever changing bootstrap and base entity data.

It helped me in gaining control on data on our (large) solution deploys accross multiple environments and supporting different scenario's (Like User testing, Load testing, Training, data migration, incremental releases, etc)
