Great. A perfect alternative to the OutsystemsUI's DropdownSearch.

You should consider introducing an IgnoreDiacritics parameter. Now it is ignored by design but in many cases it must not be ignored. And - the RemoveDiacritics action should be extended to cover all such characters - e.g. now Polish characters are missing.
I like the concept of ClassSufix very much - a clever trick.
Parameters like *Color. It's a matter of discussion, of course, but I prefer styling using CSS rules only.
Text that can be personalized / localized: I would prefer them to be complete patterns with placeholders like: "Records {Count} of {Total}". Especially when translating - it is easier to translate such a pattern than particular words ("Records", "of"} alone.
