If you’re interested in seeing what the Case Management framework (CMf) has to offer, then this is the app for you.
This app is modelled according to a typical customer service workflow and uses the CMf to implement functionalities that are common in case management type of apps. Some of the pre-built features available in the CMf that you’re able to see in OutTracker are:
Case creation
Listing, filtering and searching tasks
Assigning, picking-up or releasing tasks
Escalating tasks
Enabling comments under a case (incident/request) context. These can be internal, to promote communication between support teams (the operators), or customer-facing, as a communication channel with the customer.
Defining SLAs for tasks and how to send an email notification when that SLA expires
How to display a timeline with full traceability of what happened to a case, based on process auditing events of the CMf
Tagging cases and giving you the ability to connect similar cases
Creating sub cases which are automatically linked to the parent case
Bootstrapping the app with your own data
Please note that this app requires the Case Management framework.Check the Case Management framework documentation to learn more about the framework and how to use it to create your own case management apps.
