Added confighelper plugin so that a placeholder text can now be added in configuration json.
Also added Custom CSS demo to demonstrate how to use custom style sheet and Custom plugin to demonstrate how to use a plugin from ckeditor library which is not included by default in the forge component or own custom plugin.
