Improvements

Added a new event, View Change, that will send the active view and active calendar date (for more specifics, please view the Demo or read the event description), which make it easier to ajax refresh the calendar while keeping the same calendar view;

Bugfixes

Google Calendar integration now correctly working
The Javascript libraries were updated from 4.0.1 to 4.0.2 in order to fix a bug, where the Date Click event and Select event would be triggered when clicking on the close button of the “More events popover”;

Made small corrections based on posts under the Forge Support section;
Fixed Calendar List and Calendar (from event feed) templates.
