Supports Apple's App Tracking Transparency requirement in iOS 14.5+ to ask permission for tracking end user data across companies/apps/websites.

Release notes (1.0.1)

Apple introduced App Tracking Transparency in iOS 14.5. It required applications to ask permission if they want to do any tracking across other companies.

GetAdvertisingID, so if it's an iOS device and iOS > 14.5, it will request permission first before retrieving the advertising identifier. For android, it will be the same.
RequestPermission, included this new client action for when you just want to request permission from apple users.
