Easily select a time for a text input using your mouse or keyboards arrow keys

How to use the component:

1. Add the 'ImportTimePickerLibs' in your screen. This is a mandatory webblock to make the component work!
2. Add the 'TimePicker' webblock and link it to the right textfield. Additional configuration is available.
3. This can be used in earlier platform versions since it's a javascript lib. (but only tested in p10)
