Change action CreateExcelReport to CreateExcelReport_Deprecated .

CreateExcelReport new action : 

     1 - no longer need to convert data lists to xml 

     2 - the data list can start at any row and column you want

     3 - It is possible to have more than one list of data in the same sheet.
