Dynamics 365 Connector enables you to connect with Dynamics, through some integrations already set and ready to be use. 

To use this connector you will need to install Microsoft Login Connector from forge to get the Token needed to request information from Dynamics 365 Online.

There are many other integrations available. However, in this Connector there are only some examples implemented, described next:

Customer Service Module

• Accounts (GetAccounts, GetCompleteAccounts, GetAccountById, GetAccountPrimaryContact, CreateAccount, CreateAccountAndRelatedEntities, UpdateAccount, DeleteAccount)
• Contacts (GetContacts, GetCompleteContacts, GetContactById, CreateContact, UpdateContact)

Sales Module

• Leads (GetLeads, GetCompleteLeads, GetLeadById)
• Opportunities (GetOpportunities, GetCompleteOpportunities, GetOpportunityById)

Other Entities

• Roles (GetRole, GetRoleById)
• System Users (GetSystemUsers, GetSystemUsersById)
• Organization Entities (GetOrganizationEntities)
