Parameters

Date - This is for the date you select.

numberofdays - This is interger and the number of days to calculate

IsEndDate - This boolean is to say if the selected or given date is the end date.

                    For example : If isEndDate is true and number of days is 10 then the system calculates 10 business days before                         given date.
