Moved Sample Screen to a separated Demo App
Mark existing ExecuteScreenAction and RefreshUI webblocks as Deprecated, since they-re using a deprecated System Action (Deprecated_Notify)
Create two new Weblocks to replace the existing ones, that are now using native Events.
Removed unused references.
