Purpose: send sms through Zenziva.net Regular SMS API (located in Indonesia)

How to obtain API key (trial user with no credits can send up to 10 SMS/day):
1. Register at https://zenziva.net/ 
2. After registered and confirmed, go to https://reguler.zenziva.net/apps/api.php
3. you get userkey, and you need to set your passkey then click Update button

Then you can send sms using the provided server action.

Success criteria:
output.text = "Success" or output.status = "0"
