Providers can search by patient and perform the similar functionality of patient flow. A provider can also book an appointment on behalf of patient. The application is designed to improve patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency by enabling healthcare IT departments to build innovative solutions more quickly, with fewer resources and less complexity. Patient Engagement Solutions 

  • Health Record: Patients can view their contact information, health record details, procedures, and diagnosis/condition. 
  • Medications: Patients can view their ongoing and previous medications and download prescriptions. 

  • Vitals: Patients can view their vital charts of blood sugar levels, blood pressure levels, pulse rate, and SPO2 values by filtering out last week/current week. 

  • Risk Indicators: Patients can view their risk indicators, such as VitD3, TC, UA, TG, HDL, LDL, etc. 

  • Appointments: Patients can view their booked or upcoming appointments sorted by dates. They can view overall information about the doctor and get directions on the map of the clinic. 

  • Documents: Patients can view or download different test lab reports, X-Ray reports, and other documents.

Patient's Role: 

  • Access their personal health information, such as medical history, test results, and medications. 

  • Schedule appointments and manage their care plans. 

  • Receive appointment reminders and notifications. 

  • Participate in surveys and feedback forms to improve patient care. 

Provider’s Engagement Solutions 

  • Patient Record: Patients can view their contact information, health record details, procedures, and diagnosis/condition. 

  • Triage Dashboard: Providers can access details of all appointments with risk status (high-risk, medium-risk, low-risk patients) and view age-wise, gender-wise, density-wise, health-record-wise charts. 

  • Appointments: Providers can view all appointments of all departments and doctors with time of appointment. They can book an appointment for a patient by selecting the doctor's department, doctor, and patient name with available time slots and reason for visiting. 

  • Population Dashboard: Providers can view charts age-wise, gender-wise, density-wise, and health-record-wise. 

Provider's Role: 

  • Access patient information, including medical history, test results, and medications.

  • Communicate with patients through secure messaging or chatbots.

  • Schedule appointments and manage patient care plans.

  • Send appointment reminders and notifications.

  • Monitor patient engagement and satisfaction levels.
