File Plugin lets you manage files and folders on a mobile device within the app sandbox.

This plugin implements a File API allowing read/write access to the files in the folders within the application. I.e., each application has a sandbox and a set of folders accessible in that sandbox.

Functionality includes:

List, create and delete directories
List, read, create and delete files
Obtain URIs for file and directories

Note: This plugin does not provide root access.

The latest version (3.0.5) of File Plugin is compatible with the supported MABS versions available:

Same, i try many times with no luck, but finally works - use Android permissions:
