A non invasive loading indicator that appears below the browser's address bar to let the user know something is happening and he should wait. More elegant for short operations than spinners.

Call 'Topbar_Show' to show and 'Topbar_Hide' to hide the progress bar. 

Before 'Topbar_Hide' is called, the progress bar will move slower and slower but never actually reach 100%.
