User-role management application is built to accommodate dynamic roles in OutSystems applications. The application allows Users to create roles and associate the same with different users of the application. These roles can be assigned to perform specific tasks based on the user’s access and authority.

Set up permission for each role, such as what actions and features they can access. This is done by defining the rules within the system and mapping them to the roles.  Assign roles to users based on their job responsibilities and requirements. This can be performed by the application administrators.
