This component can be reused to connect to the Exchange server for Email service. It also supports the Outlook common exchange server for retrieving emails and sending new emails.

The actions in service module encapsulates the raw functionalities in the extension built using integration studio.

This component is build over the OAuth2 authentication to connect to the exchange server.

This component has several methods to accomplish the following functionalities:

1. Get all emails from Inbox
2. Get particular email from inbox based on email unique ID.
3. Get raw email content for a particular email unique ID.
4. Send a new email to the specified users.

Prerequisites Needed for EWS Exchange Email Service:

1. Microsoft Client or App ID 
2. Client Secret
3. Tenant ID
4. Common Email for communication
