Web block that can placed within a popup outsystems and that enabled the following features:
-Drag/Move
-Closing icon that triggers a specific event.
-Expand-Reduce
-Triggers an event when the user clicks on the backdrop
-Removing the backdrop
-Management of content overflow

All listed features must be triggered via parameters.
IMPORTANT: If "DisableBackdrop" parameter is set to true, the element inside the underlying page are interactive. (Example, without the backdrop the final user can click on the navigation menu.)
