This component is a really simple Feedback widget, to collect user satisfaction. The developer has 2 possible options and small widget and a complete feedback widget. The feedback is totally anonymous except when the user decides to provide an email

It's composed of 2 options:

Very simple where the user just has to input a star rating
A description and an email are suggested for better feedback

Finally, a small back office is also available for feedback management, to login into this back office you need to follow the link and insert your Service Center credentials.
