Amazon Lex provides the deep functionality and flexibility of natural language understanding (NLU) and automatic speech recognition (ASR). Build an entirely new category of products. Once connected, you can easily include the Amazon Lex Runtime V2 capabilities in your apps. The following picture shows the Amazon Lex connector in Service Studio:
