Many websites have this common requirement:

Have a banner area on the home page of the application where the application team would be able to show urgent news or team updates.

Additional requirements include:

- Make sure only administrators can edit the page.
- Rich text formatting.
- Allow for HTML to include images and hyperlinks.
- Make the editing quick and easy to access and save.

This project is an answer to those requirements using TinyMCE and a little bit of javascript.
