At first, you have to add thoses two modules in yours.

In your screen, create a Data Action that is going to convert your data records to HTML with ul and li tags.

1. Convert your records to a Hierarchy Records List
2. Use the ToHTMList function to generate your HTML

And now you can drop into your screen the Diagram block and affect your HTML to that block input parameter.
