In the Data Collection step, when you click "Sync Data," the system gathers internal environment data, summarizes it where applicable, and sends it to the server for report generation.

The following information collected is queried and collected:

• Environment Name – used to have a unique identification
  Table: Parameter
• Users: summary count and aging report based on last login date. No specific user information is collected, only summary counts.
  Tables: UserMT, Tenant
• Application Object Analysis: For identification of module usage the application name, module name, relationships and AOs Count per Object Type are collected.
  Tables: Application, App_Definition_Module, Espace, Espace_Object_Count, Espace_Version, Extension, Extension_Complexity, Espace_Reference, Extension_Version, Module, Producer, Report_Espace_Usage, Report_Line
