You can get the values from Infobip and configure and try it in Demo screen
And we can send WA Message for "TO" number, TO number should be with country code (If you are using Infobip trail account you need to verify your numbers to send Message)
You can use this link to access Infobipis.
If you are using trail account then we need to verify number in Infobipis then only we can send WA message for that number.
And then here you can add a new person and verify with OTP.
FYI, Also use your country code when you are sending WA message and adding new person.

Before implementing Infobipis Rest API, Get this below values from Infobipis and configure it in Site Property.
