Go to Deployment->Database on Atlas, and then click on Connect->Connect to Your Application, then select C#/.Net, and get your connection string.

It would be helpful to add the following Site Properties:

• CollectionName
• ConnectionString
• DatabaseName

And then set them from the values in the console
