Check if a password is compliant with a set of format rules (length, upper/lower letters, special chars...).

Use the 'PasswordMeter' block/client action/server action and fulfill the input params:

• 'PasswordToEvaluate': the text to validate;
• 'Rules': Set of rules to check on the password.
