1 - Go to AWS and Create a bucket to store the uploaded files  

2 - Copy the bucket name and AWS Region and save them on their respective Site Property

3 - Go to https://{region-name}.console.aws.amazon.com/elastictranscoder/ and create a New Pipeline. Get inside the Pipeline, copy the PipelineId and save it on his correspondent site property. 

4 - After that, you need to upload the file to transcode and, when it's finished, it will show on the ElasticJob list with the transcoded format ready to download.
