After Opening component in your environment first of all do the changes in service center as mentioned in description and if you are using Gmail for sending emails then do the changes as per following guidelines in your email account.

Email configuration:

1. Go to your Email settings/smtp server account setting--->

Make following changes:

a) Enable IMAP service.

b) Go to account setting-->Go to security settings--->Disable 2 Step verification

c) Allow access to less secure app.

2. Go to the link--->https://accounts.google.com/DisplayUnlockCaptcha

click on the continue button and it will allow your new application to accessed from this smtp account.

3. Got to link--->https://myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps?pli=1 

Enable the less secure access

3.Go to service center-->Adminstration tab--->Email--->Fill all the fields under this tab:

for eg:

SMTP server*:smtp.gmail.com

SMTP Port   :587/425

Username    :username of ur smtp acc or Email Address

Password    :and same for pwd

Default Sender Email*: (Enter Default Sender Email ID)

Default Sender Name* : (Enter Default Sender Name)

Redirect Emails To Test List: Tick only if you want to redirect emails else don't.

Test List Addresses: Enter email lD to redirect emails

4. Save and apply settings to factory

5. Go to application--->for eg. Drag Email widget from tool box to the logic/server action--->
