By observing on highways that one of the points where there is greater congestion of vehicles under normal conditions are in toll plazas, this project proposes to help improve the flow of vehicles and the safety of their employees, seeking to use the customer’s own smartphone as a payment tool, developing an application that allows transactions in toll booths. The application aims to reduce the operation time using NFC (Near Field Communication) radio frequency technology. In addition to the use of the NFC system, the application has differentials such as the elimination of the need for an automatic payment tag and inform the user of the values and how many toll plazas there are on the defined route. 

To use the application the smartphone must have the NFC functionality.

To simulate a payment NFC device during the development was used a NFC tag, making possible to simulate a transaction between the application and the tag.

To use the route functionality was needed a API that requests de coordinates of origin and destination, to be possible to show the toll plazas in the way.
