Response for Proposal against ERP Application

Use Case: To develop an Account management application for Electronics retail shop.

Business Overview as per our understanding: Electronics Shop owner purchase electronics goods from various vendors, and sell it to end user.

He has multiple Item categories to segregate the electronics goods i.e

Workflow/User Stories: Application will go through the below workflow

• App Admin should be able to create Managers and Employs.
• App Manager should be able to create Vendors
• App User will be able to create Category and Items
• App User will be able to create customers.
•  App User will be able to create Purchase entry.
• App user will be able to create sell Invoice to the customer.
• App user Should be able to create barcode enabled invoice.
• Application should Audit the critical operations.
• App Admin should be able to view, download audit report.
• App Admin should be able to access mobile application to view various types of reports.
