The Extensible Reports application is based on the existing reports functionality from Service Center Analytics with some added improvements.
This is achieved by using the PlatformLogs extension which provides us access to the entities where the logs are stored. For more information on the available log entities and their attributes, please refer to the Log data reference article.
You can also expand the application by using your own log tables and integrating with an external database.
This application uses the BulkInsert component available on Forge to quickly insert large quantities of records.
