Self explanatory plugin. Use the "GetBuildInfo" client action to retrieve the Version, Build, PackageName and Debug-mode.
You might find MobileAppUpdate component useful too, this component detect Mobile App Update by checking BuildInfo; and BuildInfo available on the server
